LockBox Pro is a secure and convenient solution for storing and safeguarding sensitive information on your iPhone or iPod Touch. With support for iOS 11, it offers a reliable platform to keep your credit card numbers, bank accounts, passwords, pin numbers, private notes, and other confidential details protected.

The latest version, v1.2, addresses a bug that caused occasional import failures or partial data imports. We appreciate the support of our users who reported this issue, helping us to resolve it effectively.

Version 1.1 introduces several valuable features:

 <li>Import Bulk Data: Enables you to transfer a large amount of information from your computer to LockBox Pro, eliminating the need for manual input on your device.</li>
 <li>Export/Backup Data: Enables you to back up your data to your computer through a WiFi connection. Regularly saving your data externally is recommended.</li>
 <li>No Ads: The Pro edition ensures an ad-free experience while using the app.</li>
</ul>

The Pro Edition offers additional distinctive features that are not available in the free version:
<ul>
 <li>Import Data: Transfer data from your computer via WiFi, reducing the need for manual entry on your device.</li>
 <li>Stronger Security: Your data is protected using Apple's Keychain, featuring 3DES encryption for maximum security.</li>
 <li>More Flexible: Customize entries by adding as many fields as you require. The free version limits you to two fields per entry.</li>
 <li>No Ads: Enjoy an uninterrupted user experience without any advertisements.</li>
</ul>

Existing free version users can easily upgrade to LockBox Pro without losing their data. By exporting their data using the free version and then importing it into LockBox Pro via the WiFi import feature, they can seamlessly transition to the Pro edition.

Additional new features include:

 <li>Import and export via WiFi.</li>
 <li>Option to disable sound effects.</li>
 <li>Correct exiting of the app when locking your iPhone with the top button.</li>
 <li>Effortlessly rearrange and delete items in your list, as the changes persist.</li>
 <li>Data is backed up via iTunes, but it is recommended to use the new WiFi export method for added protection against data loss due to incorrect iTunes saving or device replacement.</li>
</ul>

All bug fixes are available in the free version as well, but the new advanced features are exclusive to LockBox Pro.

Your data remains encrypted and protected by a private code, ensuring only you have access to it, even if your phone is temporarily used by someone else.

LockBox Pro provides easy access to crucial information while on the go, eliminating the hassle of trying to recall such details when you need them most. For example, bank account numbers can be conveniently retrieved for check deposits at the bank.

IMPORTANT BACKUP INFORMATION:

Prior to updating to newer versions, remember to sync and backup your data through the LockBox app. It is essential to protect your data in case of unexpected issues during synchronization. Additionally, relying solely on iTunes backup may not be sufficient in situations such as replacing or resetting your phone. To ensure complete data safety during sync or restore, it is crucial to utilize the WiFi backup method provided.
